It’s created from handpainted panels surrounded by black sequins tattersall mesh at the shoulders for alluring transparency, lightweight cotton knit sleeves and bands, plus rayon satin, silk satin, and downy rose stretchy cotton. Tiny Swarovski crystals are scattered over the hearts panels.

For the best fit: We find that a generous, flexible fitting garment and a good, local alterations person are invaluable! Plus-size bodies vary so much.
